I Heart Paris?

I don't understand this international obsession with Paris. Looking through some blogs online, so many people (especially Americans) j'adore the capital of France! I went to Paris last July with my dad, Uncle and sister to go see Iron Maiden and it was dirty, full of really rude people and nothing opened until 10am. It's a lazy place.

I'm sad. And annoyed.Help me?
